The Property

In 2018 the Levis family purchased the 200-acre Tannerbrook Farm, just south of Earth Sky Time. Since then we have worked to restore the meadows, forests, and wetlands, and bring the land back into cultivation. We also restored the historic Farmhouse, Cottage, and Barn, to create a one of a kind celebration and retreat destination. The property is located on the foothills of Mount Equinox, the tallest peak in the Taconic Mountain range, and gradually terraces upwards. We renamed the property Levity Mountain as a reflection of our gratitude to this amazing land and our hope that it can a source of joy and celebration for all. Over the years, we have hosted weddings, reunions, skills gatherings, camping retreats, concerts, and theater and film festivals. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing Levity Mountain with you.
